This is Yacaaba: Soft Launch Delivers Promising Start

Last week, we were proud to host the soft launch of Yacaaba at the Nelson Bay Golf Club—a milestone event that brought together our local partners, architects, and building team, along with prospective Yacaaba residents and past buyers from other Coho developments.

It was a pleasure to connect with familiar faces and welcome new ones as we unveiled the vision behind Yacaaba. The presentation was well received, and we are thrilled to share that all five initial residences have now been secured by local downsizers, with one additional home going to an international investor.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success. Your continued support and enthusiasm mean a great deal to us and reinforce the strong sense of community we’re building together.

The next stage of sales will open in March 2026, and we look forward to welcoming more future residents to the Yacaaba community.
