Completing Level 5 slab marks a symbolic and structural halfway point in the vertical build of the Yacaaba. This demonstrates steady progress across multiple trades: structural, electrical, mechanical, and waterproofing, indicating good coordination and that the project remains on schedule. This milestone offers confidence to future residents and investors that the project is advancing as planned toward estimated completion.

With 30% of the development sold and only 16 remaining, interest surges as the building becomes more visibly established and completion feels more real. We welcome you to visit our display office located at 101/20 Government Road, Nelson Bay, to truly appreciate the Yacaaba design and finishes.
